Stem Cell Technology (Autologous) Stem cell concentrate is bone marrow/blood plasma with concentrated bone marrow stem cell created by pheresing bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC) from a well anesthetized patient’s whole bone marrow. The concentrated stem cells found in BMAC are multipotent stem cells, platelets, growth factors, adhesion molecules, and other proteins responsible for hard and soft tissue repair and regeneration. Once introduced back into the body and activated, stem cells are remarkable in their ability to develop into many different cell types and divide essentially without limit to promote the most remarkable regenerative cell engineering ever discovered.
